One reason I love it here...

The closest grocery store is 10 minutes away and sometimes it kills me to drive so far just to pick up something quick. Last week I went searching for something closer...and check out what I discovered...

A FARM! Of course I had to stop by. I pulled over and walked into the little barn with tables full of fresh produce. Perfect! I picked up a bunch of parsley in a jar and asked the man where I could pay. He pointed to a tin box and said, "It's the honor system." wow. so I dropped my 3 quarters in the box and went on my way. (after taking a few pictures of the miniature goats)

farm fresh produce just 5 minutes away. can't beat that.
