Happy Belated St. Patricks Day From The Morrisons.

Yesterday we ate green pancakes. I worked all day, then we went to Stake Conference but we were determined to end our St. Patty's day with a bang, so we stopped at a random creamery on the way home that turned out to be really good.

Tonight I spent way too long cooking what Mark Bittman had suggested for a St. Patrick's day dinner. (Corned Beef, Apples and Onions, Fastest Yeast Bread, Potato Leek Soup, and Bread Pudding) It was all good but next year maybe I'll just make pesto or steam some broccoli or something. We'll be eating this for weeks:)
