More Newport

Eric and Kate stopped by and spent the night last Thursday. I had so much fun showing them around this place that I have grown to love. I had ice cream coupons so we stopped by the creamery at Padanaram Village (Have I told you how much I love the ice cream here? and it's everywhere!) And we showed this little guy the ocean. He loved it. (I wish I had taken more pictures)

on Friday after Ryan left for work we headed out to Newport to tour the famous mansions...

Can you believe the grandeur of these houses? Check out that view! I actually learned a lot on the tours and I'm kind of sad Ryan had to miss it all. We had so much fun on our outing and I'm so happy I was invited to come along.

...but It looks like my life of leisure is coming to an end. I have good news -I got a job! I start tomorrow! More on that later...
