Memorial Day Weekend

I'd like to be quick. I'm now working 2 jobs (one of which will end mid-June) so for the time being, I don't have a lot of time. Here are some pictures from our weekend so that you all stay updated.

Friday we went to Newport. We've heard a lot about the cliff walk, so we thought we'd give it a try. It was breathtaking.

On Saturday night we went to a cookout to say goodbye to our ward friends who are moving to Florida. (I'm sorry it's blurry)

see the girl 3rd from the left? She's from Peru (she just got married and moved here a month ago!) and she's cooking me "arroz con pollo" on Sunday. yyyeeesss!

On Monday, the Temple opened in the morning especially for our stake. It was great because we both had the day off so we took advantage and went to a session.

After the Temple session, we drove to Fenway Park to see if we could find tickets to the Red Sox game. We found some for a great price! success! It was so fun. We shared a hot dog, sweated a lot, and danced to "sweet caroline". It was a blast.

Finally, to celebrate the re-opening of the FOUR creameries located within a five mile loop of our apartment, (all of which opened on Memorial day) we split 2 scoops of cookie dough ice cream on Aponagansett bay.

Welcome summer!
